TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES

The Branding Link works with a wide variety of clients. We specialize in logo design, brand strategy, marketing collateral, and social media marketing.

 

Payments are only accepted via invoice including deposit requirements, milestones, and final payment terms. All Payments are nonrefundable.

Logo design time is 7-10 business days, website design is 14-21 business days, flyer design is 5-7 business days. This time frame is based upon when you have all items submitted for your project. We will not begin a project until all information has been provided.

Weekends and holidays are no included.

You are allowed two (2) revisions per project. An additional revisions will be a $25 fee that must be paid before continuing. Upon final approval, you will be sent all files that correlate with your project.

Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6pm.

We want to always deliver services promptly. In the case of any type of emergency, increase in projects, or out of the office, we will communicate with you.
